Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department workers, from left, Brooke Keohokalole, Darryl Anderson and Eli Hammel install a chain link fence around a portion of the Campfire Clubhouse at Jessie Webster Park on Wednesday. The fence is part of an effort to keep transients from camping on the covered porch of the building, which is used for a variety of community events.
